
Ingredients I used:
- Few spoonfuls of low fat plain yogurt
- Handful of Chai and Flax seeds
- 2 – 3 (I should have used less ok) of peanut butter
- Handful of blueberries
- 2 strawberries
- Biscuit (optional)
Mixed the first 3 bits of ingredients together, and chopped the blueberries and strawberries as finishing touches so it is throughout the yogurt.
Froze it for about 1-2 hours
ready to eat refreshing and very filling dessert!
