Healthy High Protein, Low Cals Dessert

Ingredients I used:

  • Few spoonfuls of low fat plain yogurt
  • Handful of Chai and Flax seeds
  • 2 – 3 (I should have used less ok) of peanut butter
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • Biscuit (optional)

Mixed the first 3 bits of ingredients together, and chopped the blueberries and strawberries as finishing touches so it is throughout the yogurt.

Froze it for about 1-2 hours

ready to eat refreshing and very filling dessert!
