Dessert / Snack: Valentines Day Simple Cookies (Vegan friendly)

The few ingredients:

  • 225g butter, softened
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 275g plain flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or other spices (optional)
  • 75g white or milk chocolate chips (optional)

Dry ingredients mix together first using an electric whisk or manal. add it the wet ingredients (butter) and whack it into the oven for 12-18 minutes at the usual 180 degrees.

125 calories at most per cookie! This batch made about 10, however I doubled the ingredients and got about 20.

Icing etc of your choice can be added, I used cookie cutters for this cute little treat for my partner and child and both have enjoyed this a lot!
