We stopped by a local farm shop and decided to try fresh potatoes without the middle man in this process.

We also had a lack of chips for one of our take-aways therefore I decided to try to make chips from these one day.

I was very intrigued by the idea that I could actually make these from scratch with fresh materials.

Not too bad for a first try. Plus with a dash of sauce of your choice, and seasoning these where pretty tasty.
