- Chicken breast – 190 g / 6.7 oz
- Paprika – 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic – 1/2 tsp
- Vegetables – handful
- After cooking the chicken from frozen at 250 degrees for 45 minutes [using a dash of paprika and garlic powder]
- Fry some mushrooms, peppers, and whatever else you may like with it until it turns a brown colour.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
