
Ingredients
– 1 cup of desiccated coconut
– 1 cup self-rising flour
– 1/2 cup caster sugar
– 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
– 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
After mixing the above ingredients together, bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
If you fee like making your own icing:
– 250g vegan butter
– 400g icing sugar
– 1 tbsp non-dairy milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
